KPE run

Managed to sign up for this opening ceremony run of Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway.

Bad run.Blame myself for not reading the details properly, I've gotta run with my bag, along with me (*normally i dun bring bag)!!! No baggie deposit there, and reaching the tunnel late.. Shuttle service screw me upside down man.. queuing up 1hrs to get into the bus @ Kovan (including 15mins at the toilet) darns.

Late, late, im very late, reaching the venue, i heard the gun start.. managed to squeeze thru the fun run ppl somehow and get to the run. thanks for the stuffy tunnel, not even 1km of run im sweating like crazy.. between 800m to 1000m marking, everyone is running in almost total darkness, no light at all, quite cool huh?

@ the water point, thinking there will be cold water/ 100plus.. i saw newater~!! cool SAA.. cannot complain la.. free run.. newater also free.. so lets enjoy the run as much as we can. go back home to relax next time ba. or have a leisure walk with frens.

End of "hell week"

8 days, completed my first half marathon!!! first IPPT gold (after ORD). and the first nike+ race. So shiok!! time for recovery.

Timing aren't that nice.

2 hrs 00 mins 29 sec --- half marathon
9 mins 24 sec --- 2.4km
50 mins 59 sec --- 10km

will strive for the better.
