my 20th shift.
finally reach 20th shift after turning 21. finally after so many days of off days and leaves, i went back to my lilz island called pawai. i tried to bo chap many many stuffs which i was required to do. ha.. anyway its just 2yrs of my life. sometime its not just about how you do those stuffs you are supposed to do but also to able to describle out or rather wayang.
to sum up, the defination of work can be complicating if you want it to be..
other than work, of cos there is leisure time in the island.. many many things which many many pple, and even i cant expect me to do during my short stint of service.
how about playing majong till early in the morning; playing risks till no day and nite. or maybe to fish late in the night with only darkness accompanying you. and prehaps illuminate the place by "burning" it with lanterns?
the exhilarating experiences of watching the fighting monitor lizards, rats or giant geckos by the dogs over there. the encounter of strange animals/birds where there is no such breed found at our zoo/ bird park in singapore.
nevertheless, i still prefer my home. that island is like a open but yet confined space unless you are a very good swimmer and have a godly sense of direction that you can swim back to singapore and rest for a day then swim back when it's time to change shift. and just pray that the police coast guard wouldnt able to see you during their patrol.
time out my day dream.. lets have it another day..going back to work now.
